1. Overall, nothing big was wrong, but so many of the details are just not being attended to, it's like an house that isn't getting upkeep it should, and it's really starting to show.

3. The rooms are nice and big, there's a bar sink in the sitting room and another sink with mirror in the bedroom which is nice when you have several people staying together.
