1. We finally asked the front desk for four key cards each time we had to get new ones, and that way we could usually get into the room.

4. I used the fitness facility once and it has relatively new cardio equipment although the view of the parking lot is less than inspiring.

5. When they changed our room from the third floor (smoking floor) to the second floor Cory at the front desk made sure to have everything transferred to the new room.

6. At breakfast, our new buddy Lassandra does a very impressive job taking multiple orders while cooking, thus getting food out quickly while being very friendly.
