3. I did like the convenience to my conference (as in a few steps away), but downtown indianapolis doesn't seem to be where the action is, and I was quite eager to leave.

4. The room itself isn't bad, and I kinda liked that I could use my tablet as a remote control for the tv so that I wouldn't have to look at a channel list, but the towels were dingy and small, and it drove me crazy that the one towel bar was not only right above the toilet, but low enough that I was worried the towels would touch the toilet.

7. No common central walk way with dual level bunks on both sides like Lucy & Ethel used to cavort in, but modern hotel rooms in preserved rolling stock.

8. On this trip I was not given any acknowledgement of my status, no offer of an upgrade(2nd time in 2 trips) even though at 9 pm there were still rooms available in the executive level, no freebies like water or drink vouchers.

10. The trains weren't that bad at first, but the second night we woke up at 1200 am to what sounded like a train de-railing for about 10 mins.
