1. I would definitely return to the Omni, based on the positive customer experience I had a result of the room service snafu.

2. Overall this was a positive experience: while rooms are relatively small for US standards (not sure about my floor anymore, it was 1 below top floor, I think it was 18 ot 19th), all is there.
