1. On the day I left I was up too early for the breakfast buffet, so they converted my vouchers to the 24 hour service cafe, and I was able to have a decent breakfast before the main restaurant even opened - that was a real nice gesture.

9. If staying at this hotel you can`t beat the location given proximity to the RCA dome - directly across the street and a decent mall is connected through indoor walkways so you need not even step outside to shop or dine.
