1. We ordered room service multiple times, and it always came exactly when they said it would, food hot and fresh, with no mistakes at any point.

2. Nice selection of fruits, yogurts, breads, cereals, eggs, sausage and bacon, french toast or pancakes (alternates by day) and an omelet station where a cook makes them fresh for you.
