3. I've felt safer in cheaper places, but in Washington it was one of the cheapest and closest things you could get; I didn't personally have too bad of an experience but it really seemed like you'd just have to decide whether or not to take a chance and risk what other reviewers ended up with.

8. I really don't like that lobby glass partition you have to talk through - what are they, a bank? Is it bullet proof? They may need it though cause the location is tough.
