2. NE Washington is a relatively poor area, there's a lot of litter about , and the main highway outside sees vehicles thundering past, so take care when entering or leaving the parking lot.

3. Pros: the hotel room was very clean and well taken care of, breakfast was decent although there were so many people staying there that finding a seat was a challenge, and it was close to the metra station (less than a 10 min walk).
