1. We wanted a decent place in a good location and didn't want to break the bank on a spot where we were only going to quickly use the pool and sleep for three nights.

4. My boyfriend works for Orient Express Hotels and we were clearly not expecting 5 star services, but I was expecting a decent, clean room.
"Adequate if you're expecting a hostel- not a hotel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/30/2010 Vote
5. We were given a quite spacious room with a decent bathroom, but even more important everything was very clean.
"Good hotel, great location!! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/10/2010 Vote
6. However, this was quickly negated by the fact that our tiny room was in the windowless basement (which is creepily decorated like a stage set of a Georgetown street)The room itself was clean, and decently furnished (although nothing at all like the nice photos that the Latham posts on their website).
"Depressing basement rroom " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/15/2007 Vote
7. I`ve few positive things to say about this hotel, so I`ll start with the good: It`s got a decent location, there`s an okay but tiny swimming pool, a relatively large conference room in the basement for events, and a four star restaurant.
"Gets a low ranking for a reason... " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/29/2007 Vote
8. Here are my observations:Good: great location -- central Georgetown, luxury toiletries (Rusk, when I was there), towel warmer in the bathroom, decent (and clean) sheets on the bed.
"Beware of the basement " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/12/2007 Vote
9. Breakfast is not included and is available in separate property, a decent though self-service cafe 1-2 mins walk outdoors.
"A `tired` hotel that wears one down " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/4/2007 Vote
10. Hotels with a $200/night rack rate ought to offer decent closet space and a great shower to start the day.
