1. If you want to visit Georgetown University, or Georgetown generally, you will likely still want to take a cab on hot, muggy, Washington days, and if you're in a cab, there are far better hotels you can stay in.

5. ) We had the room with two double beds, and while excess room in the bedroom isn't really necessary, perhaps having an opportunity to put one's makeup on in something more than a space that really is in a closet would be better.

9. The hotel has aged poorly, the service is rudimentary, but proximity to town and to shopping area makes it a convenient hotel to sleep in only; and for that, there are probably better value hotels in the neighborhood.

10. Should have known better than to try them for a return visit, since on our first visit there was insufficent hot water, too few towels, and a bedside lamp with a burned out bulb.
