The features of the hotel I appreciated were: the front desk staff was very polite and accommodating; the beds were quite comfortable; the room service food was very good; the pool was a nice amenity for my 7-yr old daughter; the 2x/day maid service; the addition of the 'Madeline' cafe for a quick breakfast/lunch - and most importantly - the location.
