1. Days Inn have got all the physical stuff right, but the counter staff, with one exception, let the place down, you get the impression they don't really want to be there.

2. I was also impressed that the hotel has a computer set up for internet access in the lobby so we could print our boarding passes, although we found the computer to be in use mostly by the man from the gift shop and the security guard at night.
