6. You have a Burger King next door, a pizza place across the street, a Metro station a few blocks up the street and it's in a decently safe location in DC.

7. There were plenty of folded pillows on the bed, a decent amount of towels, big tv, cups, coffee, trash can, night stand, 3 lamps, cozy blanket, alarm clock, air conditioning and heat, shower with bathtub, soap, shampoo, lotion etc.

9. The rooms are decently sized - I had two big beds even though I was on my own - but I am not a big fan of the small pillows on offer, the small square ones some chains seem to be edging towards.
