1. I was pleasantly surprised with a nice clean bathroom stocked with plenty of towels and soaps, comfortable beds, free coffee in the morning and a nice big flat screen TV.

2. There is no free breakfast, you have to pay for parking (a norm in DC), and the rooms and property are truly just OK, by my standards.
