1. Booking over the phone was easy and the customer service rep was quite professional, though I was a bit surprised she was not sure if the hotel had a port a crib.

2. Now it has the slap-dash feel of a corporate absentee owner, willing but not very professional staff (I don't fault them; they do the best they can but some have only been in the country for a few months) and a thread-bare, shoddy, jerry-rigged T.

3. This used to be a really well-kept, elegant hotel with a warm and welcoming lobby, very nice but restrained (and appropriate) decor, and professional staff.
