1. Yes the bathroom may have seen better days but what do you expect for an older style hotel, if you want brand new go to one of the characterless, plastic and concrete hotels you find near to airports.

4. The 'fitness room' could be better described as a closet with a stationary bike and two treadmills facing each other - because that is the only way they would fit into the space.
