3. I know that busy hotels like the Georgetown have a rapid turnover, but based on what their website advertises, and the actual overall appearance of the rooms at check-in, I say they need to take it up a notch.

4. On the plus side it was clean and comfortable and the staff were really polite and friendly (though I would not like to have to park there, the parking attendant looked like he was going to kill someone each time I saw him and it looked pretty chaotic).
