3. When we came back to get our bags, my daughter's duffle bag had been zipped completely open and when she complained to the bellman, his response to her was 'No problem' - maybe not to him but it was to her of course.

4. The housekeeping staff did their job perfectly, the desk and valet staff were very responsive and attentive, and once we found a couple of nearby bus stops and the Farragut North Metro, we were easily able to go anywhere we wanted from a fairly central location.
