1. The hotel is well situated, though if you don't have a car and arrive at DCA, the best train stop is Farragut West and it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the hotel from that Blue Line stop (through a perfectly safe area).

9. Staying in DC as much as I do, I am always awakened at night by the city noise and at the Doubletree I have slept perfectly and heard nothing.

10. The rooms while a bit smaller than other hotels in DC have been really clean, the bathrooms immaculate, the HOT water perfect in the morning and the beds extremely comfortable.
