10. The quality was a cut below the JW Marriott and Westin Alrlington, a bit better than the Washington Plaza, Beacon, and Hyatt Arlington, much better than the Kalorama Guest House, and vastly superior to the Inns of Virginia in Arlington and the Hotel Harrington.
