7. The location was great - we walked to all the big DC sites - White House, museums, monuments, Capitol, and it's only a block to the Metro (Red Line), but it was QUIET - just far enough away from the nighttime sirens you hear in hotels right on the Mall/Commons/Lafayette Square.
