1. The rooms are a little small, but entirely adequate, impeccably clean and very well appointed with big bathroom (complete with tv built in to mirror).

5. They are also very comfortable and our suite was spacious as well, with a huge bathroom (including a TV built into the mirror, which the kids got a big kick out of, and a much-appreciated soaking tub) in addition to an elegant entry foyer, living room, bedroom and private terrace.

6. The location was great - we walked to all the big DC sites - White House, museums, monuments, Capitol, and it's only a block to the Metro (Red Line), but it was QUIET - just far enough away from the nighttime sirens you hear in hotels right on the Mall/Commons/Lafayette Square.
