1. It is conveniently located in Washington and you can walk to most of the tourIstic sights in Washington or taking a bus (one block from the hotel) or the underground (three blocks from the hotel).

8. There is a laundromat and convenience store around the corner - which is useful for travelers on a budget like myself (the Morrison Clark does have a restaurant and offers laundry services).
