1. All the rooms have tray ceilings, old large trim and moldings, wood windows, the best hotel bed I have ever slept in, mini fridge with mini bar, nice desk, free wifi, high ceilings, actual keys instead of cards, individual room HVAC controls, and it felt clean for an old building.

The bed was ridiculously comfortable - one of the best hotel beds I have slept in, but then we are generally backpackers and might not be used to such novelties as comforters :) We decided to order room service breakfast one day, which neither of us had ever done before in our entire lives, but hey, it was a special occasion.
