We were on 4th floor and it the street at night is mostly
quiet
anyway, so it was high enough up to not hear much street noise.

The room was clean and
quiet
, it's not the Mandarin Oriental for sure but it is a little better than a Holiday Inn, and you are not going to get a larger room for sure under $200.

We had requested a
quiet
room, away from elevators and vending, and even though the room was located far from the elevators, the street noise (people, horns, sirens) was loud enough to disrupt sleep.
