6. When you walk in, the hotel looks really cramped on the ground floor, but if you go to the second floor the Hearth Room is very nice and is where the buffet breakfast is located.

10. The clerk was nice and offered me another room, but--I was informed that there were no suites with two beds that had a bedroom door, even though I booked (and eventually paid for) a one bedroom suite.
