2. The room was clean and quiet, it's not the Mandarin Oriental for sure but it is a little better than a Holiday Inn, and you are not going to get a larger room for sure under $200.

5. We were greeted by a different receptionist (she was having a better day than the 1st receptionist), she apologized for the problem and immediately offered to upgrade us to a larger room.

6. Note that everything is much farther apart than it looks on the hotel scale, and it is better to spend your energy walking the mall or museums instead of walking to them.
