1. I would call the area 'West End,' which itself is a good area with lots of options for eating and fun.

2. In terms of location, (1) it's a good 3 or 4 blocks to the Metro which is a slight negative, but it's not a bad walk at all; and (2) notwithstanding its name, it is not really in Georgetown (at least not in the heart of Georgetown), but it is a short walk across the bridge.

Location was very good - directly on the Circulator bus to Georgetown and other areas (only $1 per ride), 20 minute walk to the White House, and served by the Metro (direct line to Arlington Natl Cemetery, DCA airport, all major sights in the city) via the Foggy Bottom stop, which is a short but somewhat circuitous 10 minute walk away.

10. The breakfast was good and had lunch there one day and it was good, but we sat near the windows and when I looked down at the floor, there was all dust and small pieces of debris all along the bottom of the windows.
