7. The new 'green' system which shuts off the air and power when you are not in the room left the rooms very musty smelling every time we came back, and took to long to cool off in the summer heat.

10. Westin has cool conserve cards that you have to put out if you want them to change the bed linens, and they tell you to put the dirty towels on the floor if you want them to be changed because anything on the towel racks will just be refolded.
