1. We requested Luciano to be in charge of the event and he ran the event in a beautifully coordinated manner, was kind to all of the guests and if a guest got up for any reason, he made sure he helped them to be re-seated and organize the plate area in front of them.

4. Honestly, how come less expensive hotels offer free wifi but you pay for it when you pay $500 a night? This is a top rated hotel, for good reason.
