We were overjoyed with the way the hotel treated us; not only were they expecting us, but we got an upgrade to a beautiful large room with a huge bathroom, a chocolate fondue set up in our room with fruits, brownies and marshmallows and a bottle of champagne; what can be better?The hotel is perfect in every sense, service is extraordinary, location could not be more convenient; after visiting a couple of museums we returned to the cool and quiet of our room.

7. Stayed 3 nights in a nice and convenient corner of Georgetown, nothing beats the location here - walks to the river front entertainment and trendy shopping/dinning centers of the town, everything is within 5-10 minutes by foot, even the campus of Georgetown University is within 20-minutes walk.

10. For getting around town, there is no metro in Georgetown, so you may consider Ritz Carlton Pentagon City or elsewhere for that convenience.
