6. There are too many things to mention here, but I particularly appreciated the care they took in making sure I had a good sleep experience (hypoallergenic pillows, cotton blankets upon request), the complimentary Nespresso espresso machines in the lobby and fitness center lounge, the calm and quiet atmosphere in the pool and jacuzzi, the lack of gratuitous loud music in the elevators, lounges and pool area, etc.

7. We were overjoyed with the way the hotel treated us; not only were they expecting us, but we got an upgrade to a beautiful large room with a huge bathroom, a chocolate fondue set up in our room with fruits, brownies and marshmallows and a bottle of champagne; what can be better? The hotel is perfect in every sense, service is extraordinary, location could not be more convenient; after visiting a couple of museums we returned to the cool and quiet of our room.
