1. Not only was the staff very friendly, but the hotel was very clean and lobby space was nicely kept.

5. Rooms are spacious and clean (I stayed at the top floor, with a view over the entrance; a quite room), the front lobby and cleaning staff are extremely nice and efficient, and the breakfast is good, with bagels, orange juice, yoghurt and an espresso machine.
