1. I am very picky when traveling in that I work in the industry myself, so I must say that TA reviews helped me out a lot on this one.

2. The reception staff is friendly and helpful and ready to help however do not expect to see many hotel support staff as it seems there's only a receptionist, a guy that probably helps on security issues and combines bell boy functions and that's about it.
