1. We had to move furniture around, as nothing lined up with the TV, and the toaster in the kitchen had a cord that had melted all of the way through (a big time fire hazard if we hadn't checked it first.

9. My family and I had just checked out of another hotel that was a big disappointment in another location not in DC so we a little nervous about checking into this hotel since it was last minute and we got it at a great rate.
