The heating and air-conditioning could use some modifications as well to be brought into the 21st century, because ours was very old and did not exactly pump out heat or
cool
air all that well.

We LOVED the fact that we could partially open the two windows in the room for
cool
, fresh air while we were sleeping.

The only negative was the heat: we like the room
cool
, and the HVAC system is old-fashioned, so it is set for 'heat' over the winter.

Shower xlnt with big head; plumbing all good; king bed xlnt with fine linen; adjustable A/C as chilly as we wanted (wife likes it very
cool
due to hot flashes); flat-screen and remote were easy to use.
