1. The workout room was all new machines, and the pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained.

8. The room was in pristine condition (newly redecorated) and was like a fully furnished studio apartment with kitchen, ice making refrig, dishwasher, stove, microwave and HDTV.

9. There were not many places to eat within a block or two of the hotel (though a new pizza place is being put in between the hotel and the metro).
