1. Anyway, we created a fuss and were given access to the Executive Lounge, which we later found out we should have been able to use throughout our stay - not happy.

The people I spoke with along the way thanked me robotic-ly for staying at a Renaissance property over and over, assuring me via an elaborate, prolonged script that my happiness was all they cared about, before they sent me off to yet more Muzak and many, many, many minutes of hold time and dead ends.

8. It was quite difficult and confusing to get our valeted car ($40 a day charge) and there was no one to help us with our heavy bags or door (we were a travelling party of two ladies) I wish, so much, that I could write a happy review on this hotel.
