1. I live in NYC and am used to noise, but the noise outside the Quincy takes it to another level and completely and totally negates all positives of the hotel.

3. If you have any knee problems, this could be an issue (the sink was very loose and I assume that is because customers--like me--had used it to help them up from a crouching position).
