8. You can tolerate staying in this hotel IF you stay out until bar closing (in that case, request a front room) or if you like to get up very early.

10. If you have any knee problems, this could be an issue (the sink was very loose and I assume that is because customers--like me--had used it to help them up from a crouching position).
