1. Recessions Restaurant attached to hotel has limited menu but the food was very good plus they pour a generous drink for a reasonable price.

2. So, we did hear sirens a lot and it seems that there may be a fire station nearby and the street tables at the restaurant next door did generate a lot of yelling.

3. Also in the back is a huge generator-type thing outside, so you have to listen to non-stop machine noise.

4. I am generally a sound sleeper but this noise is REALLY loud - garbage trucks pick up the dumpsters, empty them, and slam them down onto the street; it sounds like explosions and it goes on for 3 hours.

6. Sirens, motorcycles, construction, people shouting--it all sounded like it was just outside my window even though I was eight floors up, and I'm not a person who minds street noise in general.

7. in general everywhere is alot of walkin but the metro gets u everywhere with great time but a little confusing but the train workers are really helpful as are the staff .
