1. Yesterday morning we were wakened an hour before we intended on getting up by some contractors LITERALLY outside the door to our room setting up tables and talking exceedingly loud.

4. Only other complaint would be at night there were a lot of people just hanging around the entrance of the hotel (like right at the doors to come in and the elevator area) And it was extremely loud.
