1. I had mentioned the fact that the rate that I had gotten when making the reservations was much higher than the rate that was as of that day and was ready for some sort of argument but was thrilled when the front office manager came over and adjusted it without any issue.

2. There was some renovation on floors 2 & 3 (swimming pool and gym areas, but we were on the 11th floor so there was no issue at all.

3. My only issue was that room 216, supposedly a king suite upgrade, had a view of the trashcans next door and is right next to the fitness center/pool.
