1. While I appreciate that the hotel sits on top of a Metro stop, the signage after exiting the Metro was severely lacking, so the hotel was very difficult to find with all of the passageways and elevators that had been closed off.

10. Would I stay here again? I love the location, the kitchen and bar staff and their many good efforts, but given the lack of capable, competent management, the lack of intelligence shown by a disappointing front desk staff, less than top-notch housekeeping, and irresponsible safety issues, I doubt it.
