1. Another annoyance was a significant amount of drilling and noise taking place in the atrium of the Plaza at 10PM until about midnight.

2. It`s not a large mall and one of the few annoyances was having to take two separate elevators, one to the hotel lobby and another to the mall area or take the elevator to the lobby and take multiple escalotors or stairs to the mall.
