4. Finally, the cost for a Sunday night in August as schools are starting (read: probably not a high volume time) is about $165, which is not bad at all for DC.

5. bad: the quality of the sleep sofa -- absolutely horrible and uncomfortable and could not sleep well at all, noise level (both street noise and interior noise) -- seems to be no sound insulation through the windows and doors, the cockroach in the breakfast area -- yuck.
