1. To cap off a most unpleasant stay, the hotel automatically tacks a $2 fee onto the room rate for the use of the room safe, whether you use it or not, and with no advance notice.

2. The complimentary breakfast was adequate, but the room in which it was served had several lotd TVs and lots of noisy people, and was very unpleasant.
