3. The only reason I gave a 2 for cleanliness is that the first day when I checked in (about 11 pm), the room had not been completely cleaned - the trash had not been removed and there were some dirty towels in the bathroom.

5. 1) rooms smell musty and dirty when you open the door, 2) carpet looked filthy and overall I was concerned about the cleanliness, 3) the towels were thin and hard, like towelling off to exfoliate not dry off.
