3. I especially notice bathrooms and our bathroom was fine, no chipped or missing tile, clean, and everything worked; hot water etc.

4. You may see a chipped tile or small spot on the carpet but for $110 including tax for two people plus a very large continental (cook your own waffle, hot scrambled eggs) and a happy hour--can it be beat? The Jacuzzi needs new plaster but it and the pool were spotless.

7. In addition to some basic maintenance (chipped paint on bathroom door; paint splashes on back window (looked like they`d done the last paint job without removing curtains), bifold door that didn`t close) a decent redecorating job would make a major difference.
