4. Our 3rd room was clean,(except for a urine smell in the bathroom) but there was no hot water until the next morning.

5. Our first room was filthy with used chewing gum on the nightstand, dirty floor (old receipts and crumbs from previous guests), stains on the chair and couch and the bathroom smelled like urine.

7. On one occasion I (requesting a non-smoking room) I was given a room which has been refreshly painted, and the paint was so strong that I spent most of the time with doors and windows open to dissapate the smell, since another room was not available.
